Project Story

Havas media is a communications and marketing agency. I was hired to work for two of their clients: National Express and Pure powder, a company in Canada that organises Heli skiing for individuals and groups.

I was tasked to deliver wireframes for a the Pure Powder home page and blog, based on requirements from the business:

  1. Rationalise top navigation to support relevant entry points for key user journeys
  2. Design a new tool called 'Find your ultimate skiing experience.
  3. Redesign the blog area to accommodate image libraries and videos.

I compiled a heuristic review of the Pure Powder site, identifying opportunities and problems. Based on the given requirements I provided a few alternative sketches for the home page and company blog. Upon feedback from the client and the UX lead I produced annotated wireframes in Omnigraffle.

I have successfully translated business requirements into a usable and engaging redesign of home and blog pages, to be seen here purepowder.com
